Neem is the SAVIOR for people with oily skin. It definitely helps in reducing acne, pimples and blemishes with regular usage. Whenever I suffer from acne or pimples, I make sure to use neem pack regularly to get back my clear skin. Iraya Neem Face Pack comes in a sturdy bone china brown jar with the same colored lid. The packaging reminds me of pickle jars where you just need to place the lid on the top of the mouth and it does not screw or unscrew. All the information is printed over the jar. Inside there is a re-sealable plastic case that contains neem face pack. Instead of filling the jar with the pack, I prefer keeping it in plastic case to avoid spillage. The packaging is not travel friendly though you can always carry plastic case in another container. The face pack is yellow brown in color with a predominant smell of neem. The scent is mild and won’t bother sensitive noses.

Iraya Neem Face Pack is in powder form and has soft texture. The company has instructed to make fine paste with plain water but I love mixing it with rose water. The pack is easy to apply and gets spread easily. I make sure to wash my face with a face wash before applying the face pack as it removes all dirt and grime off my skin. It feels cool and fresh on my skin. I let it sit on my skin for 25-30 minutes or until it dries up completely. The pack does not give tingling sensation and feels quite cool and nice on the skin. It does not harden and tighten the skin. It is easy to remove and gets washed off easily with water without leaving a residue behind. My skin feels clean, refreshed, smooth and radiant. In case you suffer from pimples or acne, use it twice a week for a month. It helps in subsiding pimples and in detoxifying and preventing the pimples from reoccurring. It is meant for oily skin but I think it will work on all skin types. It prevents pimples and acne and keep the skin clean and healthy. It does not stain my face unlike other face packs. It is one of the best neem face packs I have ever tried. It actually works on pimples and keeps my skin clean and pimple and blackheads free. It also fades acne and pimple marks and makes the skin smooth and even. I have been using it for almost a month and I love the glow it gives to my skin. It contains all good and natural ingredients like neem, rice, lodhra and balhirda that balances the skin and leaves it glowing.

Maybelline Color Show Glitter Mania Nail Polish comes in a small, sturdy, clear round glass bottle with a black screw top lid. The packaging is really very cute and pretty to look at due to presence of glitters in it. The shade name and number are written at the top of the lid. The brush applicator is of fairly good size with good quality bristles. It makes application of the polish quite easy without brushing along the skin.

The consistency of the nail lacquer is pretty good. It is neither very thick nor very runny. It applies smoothly over my nails without streaking. The color is quite light and thin with first coat but the true color is revealed with the second coat. It has textured finish and feels like sandpaper but with smooth finish. The texture covers my whole nails and gives a unique appeal to them. It gives a slight 3D effect to my nails. It dries pretty quickly ready to be finished with a top coat. The polish lasts for a good 3-4 days without chipping (I don’t do household chores though!). The color does not dull down even after 4 days which actually impressed me a lot. It is slightly harder to remover than regular nail polishes. Nail polish remover pads are the best thing to remove glitter nail paints and you do not need to scrub off your nails for ages in order to remove it all.

Starry Nights is my favorite among all shades in this range. It is a gorgeous matte textured grayish black color with lots of silver glitters infused in it. It definitely looks chic and elegant on my nails. The shimmers make the color all the more pretty and create a beautiful textured effect. It is one of the BEST BLACK GLITTER NAIL POLISH I have come across. It looks beautiful on nails and in the bottle. It provides a lovely textured finish and is a true soft color. It is a perfect shade for day and night parties and would look flattering on all skin tones. It definitely makes my hands look bright, classy and noticeable. I really got so many compliments when I wore this shade.

Global Goddess I-Define Eye Pencil is a thin, black lacquered wooden pencil with a same colored pull off plastic lid. It comes packaged in a cardboard box packaging with all the information written over it. It has colored end that allows easy identification of the shade in case you hoard many from this range. The lid of the pencil is quite tight and can be securely carried around in a makeup bag. The liner was tapered to a neatly sharpened tip when brand new. It enables a comfortable and easy hold on pencil during application. The shade name is written at the end of the pencil.

The texture of the liner is smooth and creamy(though not as creamy as NYX long pencil but same as Bourjois Paris Khol & Contour Eye Pencil). It does not break or fall off and I do not need to apply much pressure to apply this liner. It glides easily across my eye lids with minimal effort to give a smooth, precise line. It creates a flawless and subtle line of color in just a single swipe. To get a more intense and dramatic effect, I need to swipe it 2-3 times. You can easily create thin or thick lines with this liner. It feels quite light on my skin. I also apply it on waterline and it looks gorgeous and makes my eyes look bigger. It stays put on my slightly oily lids for a good 7-8 hours without smudging or fading. It is not waterproof and comes off easily when in contact with water. The liner doesn't cause any adverse effects to my eyes. It sharpens very well with no flaking of the pencil fibers.

Sapphire Stone is a gorgeous deep blue color with a lovely satin finish. It does not contain any shimmers or glitters. It has good pigmentation and gives true color in just two swipes. The shade is great for both day and night wear. It is quite dark and opens up my eyes instantly and makes it look bigger. It would look flattering on all skin tones and eye colors. It smudges really well and looks really glam on my eyes. It is a pretty color if you are into smokey looks.

Massage it gently onto your face, neck, hands and other exposed parts of the body at least 30 minutes before going out in the sun.

The Nature’s Co. Red and Green tea Sunscreen Lotion comes in a sturdy, clear squeezable plastic tube with the same clear screw top lid. The full sized product has got flip open lid which is very convenient while traveling. The packaging is quite lightweight and can be easily carried around in a bag without any fear of leakage or spillage. The lotion is light yellow-ish brown in color with slightly strong sandalwood like fragrance though it does not contain sandalwood. If you are not fond of heavy fragranced products then this one might not impress you.

The texture of the sunscreen is soft and smooth with runny consistency. It spreads easily and gets absorbed within few minutes without leaving a greasy residue behind. It is quite moisturizing and I don’t feel the need to moisturize my oily skin prior application. It has been instructed by the company to apply sunscreen 30 minutes before any sun exposure though I apply it 15 minutes before. The sunscreen makes my skin soft, smooth and radiant. It does not make my skin oily for a good 2-3 hours. I usually set it with powder to ensure longer stay of the product. It doesn't feel heavy or give whitish cast to my face unlike other sunscreens. I have not faced any adverse effects whilst using this sunscreen. As I do not spend prolonged periods in the sun, I have not faced tanning issues. The sunscreen is meant to be reapplied frequently. I usually wipe it off with a tissue or wipe before reapplication. My only grumble with the product is that it does not mention SPF content. As a buyer, I do check SPF before purchasing any sunscreen.

Manomai Around The Clock Facial Serum comes in a bright red cardboard box packaging with a pretty ribbon tied around it. Inside the box, you will again find a small cardboard box with all the information printed over it. The actual product comes in a clear, glass bottle with a clear pull off plastic lid. There is a pump dispenser that dispenses the right amount of product and does not lead to wastage. Though the lid is tight and fits in easily but I fear carrying it my bag so I make sure to keep it in box and put in my bag. The packaging is really pretty and pleasing to the eyes. The serum is pearly white in color with very subtle or hardly noticeable fragrance.

The formula of the serum is very soft, silky and smooth with good consistency. It is neither very thick nor very runny. It applies easily and glides like a dream across my skin. I need only a pump for my whole face as I have oily skin. I would recommend you to use only the tips of fingers to massage it onto your skin. It gets absorbed almost instantly leaving behind soft and super silky skin. The scent is quite subtle and is hardly noticeable. I do not feel the need to use a separate moisturizer as it makes my skin quite soft and hydrated due to the presence of certified organic argan oil, jojoba oil, shea butter and olive oil in it. The serum feels quite light on my skin and I love wearing it as a base for my makeup. With regular usage (I have been using for more than a month); I can notice visible difference in my skin texture. It looks more even, soft, hydrated and healthy. It gives a nice radiant and healthy look to my skin which I really adore. It does not leave greasy or sticky residue behind. Despite being a serum, it does not feel heavy or broke my skin out. I am extremely happy with this serum and my skin definitely looks better and healthier.

The serum has been designed keeping in mind the blood group. For Type B skin they use the natural riboflavin, potassium and antibacterial properties of shiitake mushroom extract to smooth skin texture and prevent acne outbreaks. They also use reishi mushroom extractto help relieve stressed skin from inflammation by helping to boost skin immunity and green tea extract which has a cell-protecting function and contains Methylxanthines which stimulate skin micro-circulation and improve overall skin health and skin tone.

My only grumble with the product is its pump dispenser. Instead of pumping serum in smooth way, it splatters out all over my palm. Manomai you really need to improve the pump dispenser and make it smooth!

Though it is pricey but it delivers awesome results and you can see visible difference in your skin.

Rose Bud is a gorgeous brick red color with a hint of orange in it. It does not have any shimmers or glitters which I really appreciate. It has superb pigmentation and gives full coverage in just a single swipe. For a more dramatic look, you can layer it up with few more swipes. If you have pigmented lips then this lip gloss is for you. The lip gloss gives a nice glossy finish to my lips without making me look over the top. It does not bleed or smudge due to its thicker consistency.

The longevity of the lip gloss is awesome too. It stays put on my lips for a good 4-5 hours with light meals and drinks. With heavy meals, it fades away completely just like other lip glosses. It feels a bit sticky after it starts wearing off but does not feel oh so uncomfortable. If I apply it over lipstick it stays for more than 5-6 hours without reapplication. It is not very sticky and my hair does not get stuck when the breeze blows. Rose Bud would look fabulous on all skin tones and I love how it instantly brightens up my face. It would complement well with smokey eye looks. It has become my favorite lip gloss and I love wearing it with traditional dresses.

I also mix it with powder face packs and it gives a lovely cooling effect to my skin. It does not contain any preservatives, colors or fragrance. Highly recommended!

Though I loved Aloe Mud Cleanser and pack a lot but this is also a great face pack if you have oily and blemished skin. It comes in powder form with some soft particles. It is slightly difficult to apply as it falls off whilst application due to soft particles in it. Make sure not to make it too thick. I simply mix it with Nirvaaha Rose Water and apply it all over my face and neck. I wash it off after 20 minutes. It is very easy to rinse it off. The scent is refreshing and lively. It makes my skin soft, clean and healthy looking. It removes all excess oil and dirt off the skin making it look clear. With regular usage, it reduces blemishes and pimple and acne marks. I would recommend it to people with oily, acne prone or blemished skin.

•Nirvaaha Vanilla and Cinnamon Lip Balm

It has been my companion the whole summer when my lips get dry due to less intake of water. It smells yummy due to the presence of vanilla. It has soft and smooth texture and glides easily across the lips without feeling waxy. It keeps my lips soft and moisturised the whole day and I do not feel the need to reapply it. My only grumble is its tub packaging. The mouth of the tub is bit narrow and it’s slightly difficult to swipe my fingers over the lip balm. If you have dry and chapped lips then I would firmly recommend it to you!

•Nirvaaha Face Scrub

After Hello Glow Facial Polish this scrub has been my favorite when I want instant brightness to my skin. The scrub particles are all mild and remove all the dead cells and dirt easily. It contains all natural and organic ingredients and has lovely scent to it. It does not dry out the skin like all its other products. It is also a great and natural tan remover but as I do not have tan I cannot share my experience regarding it. Again a highly recommended product!

It looks and smells just like shikakai and amla shampoo my mom use to make for me. You just need to take 2 teaspoon of powder and mix it with water and rinse your hair. I have oily scalp and dry hair. It totally failed on my hair and leaves them dry, frizzy and knotty. On the other hand, it works like a charm on my mom’s silky and oily hair. My mom told me it cleans all oil and dirt off the hair and makes them silky and soft. I would recommend it to people with normal and oily hair.

I find it similar to Patanjali Almond Oil. I mix it with other oils and apply it on my hair. It can be used in various other ways like massaging it under eyes to reduce dark circles, taken internally with milk, for salad dressing and cooking meals. It is pure and safe for infants. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

The stickers have different plants and zombies’ expressions and look really cool and fun to sport. The nail water decals are made of very thin plastic that does not tend to stick to itself upon application. They are super easy to apply and feel extremely light on nails.

Here is the procedure on how to apply water decals on nails:

• Remove the thin plastic sheet from the decals.

• Cut the pattern of decals you love to apply using scissors and place them on a table.

• Take a bowl of water. I use normal water of room temperature.

• Gently place the first decal in water and leave it for 10-20 seconds.

• Take out the decal from water using a tweezer.

• Put the decal with the face down on the index finger. Using your thumb, lightly slide the sheet and the decal would be separated. If it is not sliding off then put it again in water for few seconds.

• Now place the decal over your nail and slide it to adjust its position. It gives you enough time to place the decals properly on your nails.

• I then gently wipe off the water using a soft towel.

• After doing all nails of one hand, apply a top coat to seal it.

Always make sure to apply top coat because once your nails get in contact with water, the decals would start sliding off. Nail art water decal is one of the easiest ways to do your manicure within few minutes. I find these decals much better than nail art stickers. The plants vs. zombies pattern looks really chic and funky on nails. They look prettier in person than in pictures. The water decals last on my nails for a week without wearing off. I created grass and blood stains using my nail art brush. They can be easily removed using a good nail polish remover.

Hello Glow Lip Liquid comes in a sturdy, elongated, clear lip gloss style plastic tube with a black screw top lid. As soon as the lid is opened, you will see a soft doe foot applicator wand that feels extremely soft on the lips. The packaging is simple yet sophisticated. It is quite light and can be easily carried around in a makeup bag without any fear of spillage or leakage. The scent of the lip liquid is very mild and is hardly noticeable when on lips. It does not have any weird taste though I do not have the habit of licking my lips. There is a sticker stuck at the top of the lid for color representation.

The formula of the lip stain is slightly thick and I was a bit skeptical as on how it would glide on my lips. As soon as I apply it on my lips I was amazed how soft it feels on my lips. It has slightly gel like consistency and is not very gloopy. The applicator wand picks the right amount of product but I usually go for a bit sheer application so I wipe it once onto the mouth of the tube. The lip liquid glides smoothly onto my lips without smudging or bleeding. It applies easily around the edges of the lips too. After application, press your lips together as recommended by brand for few seconds and set it up little water using your fingers. It gives a lovely rosy natural look to my lips. I also use my fingers to apply it. I simply apply the lip stain on my index finger and apply it evenly on my lips. I do not need to use water in this case. Make sure you wash your finger instantly else it will leave a stain. It looks really beautiful and natural on my lips. You can layer it up for more intense look. In the swatch below, I applied it lightly to achieve natural look. When layered up, it gives a lovely deep mauve color that instantly gives you a glam look. It feels light and moisturizing on my lips due to the presence of beeswax and I do not feel the need to apply a lip balm underneath. It lasts on my lips for a good 6-7 hours with light meals and drinking. With heavy meals, it fades away slightly but leaves behind a beautiful yet slightly uneven pink tint but you can always reapply it. It feels light and comfortable on my lips. You can use it under your lip gloss to make it last longer.

Pink Rose is a super pretty pink color with mauve undertones. It does not contain any shimmers or glitters and looks natural and lovely on lips. I love using it at day time and it instantly brightens up my face. It is 100% natural and does not dry out my lips. It looks very dark in the tube but absolutely natural on the lips. If you have pigmented lips then you will love it as it provides really a good coverage which is much better than The Body Shop Lip and Cheek Stain. It comes in 3 shades- Pink Rose, Red Satin and Coffee Mousse.

Although the pump dispenser does not come with a lid but I carried it in my bag many times and it does not cause any spillage or leakage. The body lotion is off white in color with a lovely, refreshing smell which instantly awakens my senses. It is same as that of Naturally Upper Canada Body Butter in Warm Honey Nectar. I sniffed the lotion many times but totally failed in detecting the scent. It is close to the scent of vanilla.

The texture of the body lotion is soft and smooth with a pleasant consistency. It is neither very runny nor very thick. It applies effortlessly onto my skin and gets absorbed almost instantly. The lovely scent makes the application all the more wonderful. I am the kind of person who is lazy to apply body lotion especially in summers but since the time I started using this body lotion I never forget to carry it with me in the shower. The body lotion is incredibly light and melts into the skin within seconds. It leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth and moisturized. The scent lingers with me mildly for a good few hours. It is meant for all skin types but I feel dry skin people might need to reapply it at the end of the day as it is quite light. If you have extremely dry skin then I think you need to reapply it after 6 hours or so. After applying the lotion, I do not feel the need to wash any remaining product from my hands.

The body lotion is paraben, SLS, mineral oil and synthetic dye free. It contains shea butter, honey, glycerin and soybean oil that keeps skin soft and moisturized. It is quite light body lotion so it is not effective for eliminating any hardened skin on the undersides of the feet but it does soften them.

The liquid is clear and has water-y consistency. It has a predominant scent of eucalyptus. The scent is a bit strong though not overpowering. It fades away pretty soon after application. It has to be used after cleansing your face. Simply pump once or twice on the acne and massage it till it gets fully absorbed. You can also pump it onto the cotton ball and apply it on acne. It does not give any tingling sensation which I really like. It gets absorbed pretty quickly and does not leave any residue behind. I apply my moisturizer on the rest of my face leaving the acne area as the liquid spray is quite moisturizing and does not dry out the skin in anyway.

I suffer from cystic acne once in six months and Salcura Antiac Activ Liquid Spray is a must have for me. It soothes and calms down acne in just few days of usage. It reduces inflammation and the redness was less obvious within 5 days. It combats the acne and makes it flat within a week. It does not dry out my skin as it contains all natural ingredients like sea buckthorn, manuka and sandalwood. All the ingredients are great for pimple and acne prone skin. Don’t expect overnight miracle from this product. You need to use it twice a day for a good two months to notice visible and positive results. It makes my skin soft, smooth and clear. It also helps in reducing and clearing blackheads and whiteheads. It clears my skin and prevents reoccurring of acne. It lasts really long as it sprays out small amount each time. Zenziva Hawaiian Sandalwood Cleanser/Exfoliant comes in a sturdy, dark cobalt blue glass bottle with a golden screw off lid. The dark glass bottle preserves the aromatic and therapeutic properties of essential oil from sunlight. The product is filled to the brim and can be easily dispensed through a medium sized hole without any mess. The packaging is really light and can be easily carried around in a bag. The cleanser or scrub is light yellow in color and has a mild smell of lentils and flour.

The cleanser is in powder form and feels very soft. I simply take a coin sized amount of cleanser on my wet palms, pour little water on it to make paste, rub together and massage it lightly onto my wet face. The powder feels soft and gentle on my skin just like turmeric and besan mixture my mom used to make for me. It has very fine granules that do gentle exfoliation. I massage it with gentle hands as I use it daily. I then rinse it off with cold water, towel dry and follow it up with Zenziva Moisturizing Serum (Review coming soon!). The powder does not create any lather and feels just like a homemade powder. My skin feels soft, smooth, clean and bright. The powder thoroughly cleanses my oily skin and gives a healthy radiant look to it. It does not aggravate pimples and acne and lightens blemishes. It is easily rinsed away and does not leave any residue or stain behind. I use it every night to remove my makeup. Yes it removes waterproof makeup too very effectively (Super impressive!). It removes every speck of makeup without drying out my skin.

The scent does not linger and vanishes as soon as the powder is rinsed away. It cleanses and brightens up my skin really well. I did not go for any facials in my cousin’s anniversary party due to few acne on my cheeks but with the regular usage of cleanser my skin looked really clean and bright. It does not dry out my skin and I do not feel the immediate urge to moisturize my skin. It instantly polishes my skin without breaking it out. It would suit all skin types as it is 100% natural and preservative free. I usually use at night and follow it up with Zenziva Moisturizing Serum which is extremely light.

Andrea is such a sweetheart and talented girl. I told her my issues regarding my cystic acne and she told a miraculous recipe that is really working in combating and clearing my acne. Take 2 asprins and dissolve them in lemon juice. In India asprin comes under the name disprin and is available at all medical stores. Asprin dissolves really quickly. Pour Zenziva Hawaiian Sandalwood Cleanser/Exfoliant to make paste and apply it as a mask. As I have only one or two acne, I use it as a spot treatment. You must use it twice daily to get visible results. I have been using it for more than two weeks and I could see it lightens up my blemishes and combats the acne too. It has become my HG face mask to treat my acne.

Zenziva Hawaiian Sandalwood Cleanser/Exfoliant contains certified organic and natural ingredients like ground lentils, neem powder, turmeric, orange powder that are a boon for acne prone or problematic skin. It is also great if you have dry and dull skin. It is suitable for all skin types and I have not faced any adverse effects whilst using it.

The lid of the cap is quite tight and can be securely carried around in a makeup bag. The liner was tapered to a neatly sharpened tip when brand new. It enables a comfortable and easy grip unlike few other pencils. The color of the pencil is same as that of shade that allows easy identification of the shade in case you hoard many.

The formula of the eye liner is soft, smooth and creamy. It applies smoothly due to its soft and velvety consistency. It glides easily across the upper and lower lash line without dragging or pulling the skin. It creates a flawless and true line of color in a single swipe. To get a more intense look, I apply a little pressure and swipe it twice. It allows me to define my eyes effortlessly and apply a flick to the outer corners. It sets into a water proof and smudge-proof finish after application. The staying power is pretty awesome. It stays put on my slightly oily lids for the majority of the day. Due to its creamy texture, the tapered tip wears down rather quickly and I need to sharpen the pencil after using it 3-4 times. It doesn't cause any adverse effects on my skin. The liner can be easily removed using olive oil or an eye makeup remover.

Sensuous Silver is a gorgeous silver color with a metallic finish. It contains fine and subtle silver shimmers which are visible only when light reflects. The shimmer stays intact and doesn't tend to fall out. The liner looks fantastic with both soft and smoky looks. It instantly brightens up my eyes and looks quite subtle and wearable. It can be used as an eye shadow base or in the inner corner of the eyes. I love using it with grey eye liner on lower lash line. You can see the eye looks using silver eyeliner below. I have applied silver eyeliner on the inner half lower lash line and grey liner on the outer half. It looks absolutely stunning and stunning on eyes. It would look flattering on fair to medium skin tones.

The packaging is quite light and can be easily carried around in a bag. The cream is white in color with a mild and pleasant scent. The fragrance is noticeable only when you apply the cream but vanishes away after few minutes.

The moisturizer has soft and smooth texture with creamy consistency. I simply apply little dots all over my face and neck and rub it in gently. It applies smoothly and spreads easily. After applying the cream, I find it looks slightly shiny and takes few minutes to get absorbed into the skin completely. My skin feels soft, smooth and thoroughly hydrated the whole day. As it is a cream based moisturizer, my skin feels oily (not greasy!) after 3-4 hours. The cream contains natural UV protection actives so I do not feel the need to apply a separate sunscreen with it. It gives a healthy glow to my skin. I have not faced any adverse effects whilst using it. My mom has normal skin type and she absolutely loved it as it did not make her skin oily and keeps it hydrated the whole day.

It lasts on my nails for about 4-5 days without chipping. If you apply a top coat then it might last for a week. The color does not dull down even after 5 days which is really impressive. The nail polish gives glossy and shiny finish to my nails. It is easy to remove and does not stain my nails despite being a dark shade.

Born Pretty Store Candy Color Nail Polish comes in a clear glass bottle with an oblong glossy black screw top lid. The back of the bottle is concave that allows easy hold on the bottle whilst application. The cutest thing about the packaging is the pretty light blue satin bow tied around the neck of the bottle. It creates a touch of luxury and makes it all the more beautiful. The brush is of fairly good size and the bristles of the nail polish are soft. It applies smoothly and easily without brushing along the skin. The shade number is mentioned at the back of the bottle.

Blue #008 is a gorgeous sky blue color with a beautiful and smooth finish. It does not contain any shimmers or glitters. It delivers a beautiful smooth glossy finish to my nails. It glows when you stand under the sun or lights. It would look flattering on all skin tones. It makes my hands look pretty chic and gorgeous. If you are into nail art then you must buy it as the consistency of the nail polish is really good and delivers good pigmentation. #008 is a perfect dupe of Colorbar Nail Lacquer in Blue Lagoon.

As it is really pigmented, I love using it in my nail arts. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Poppy Passion is bright yet wearable poppy pink color with a lovely creamy finish. As I am not fond of bright shades, I love applying it with a lip brush. It has a lovely creamy, smooth finish. It does not contain any shimmers or glitters. It instantly brightens up my face. God I am totally in love with this shade. This is the only bright pink lipstick that I can carry comfortably. It would suit all skin tones to the core. It has superb pigmentation and gives true and vibrant color in just a single swipe. It stays put on my lips for a good 6-7 hours with light and heavy meals. It fades evenly but leaves a beautiful tint behind.
