The mouth of the flip top lid is quite convenient and dispenses the rose water drop wise. You can easily carry it in your bag without any fear of leakage or spillage. It is a clear liquid and looks just like water. It has refreshing and natural rose fragrance which is really soothing and refreshing to the senses.

I had been a huge fan of Patanjali Rose Water but after trying Nature’s Lap I feel it is much better than Patanjali. I use it particularly in my powder face packs such as Iraya Neem Face Pack, Just Herbs Neem Pack, Omved Skin Mask, Nirvaaha Face packs and many other homemade face packs. It instantly gives a nice glow to the skin. It can also be used as a skin toner. It tightens the skin and adds a wonderful glow to it. It feels cool and nice on the skin. I also use this rose water in my Vitamin C serum to keep my skin healthy and clear. I also love using it as my cleanser. I simply pour some amount of rose water on a cotton ball and sweep it across face to remove all dirt and grime off my skin. You can also use it as makeup remover. Pour equal quantities of rose water and baby oil onto a cotton wool and remove your makeup using it. It does not clog pores and keeps skin hydrated. It can also be used as a setting spray. You just need to transfer it in a spray bottle. If you have tired and puffy eyes then simply place cotton soaked in rose water on your eyes for a few minutes. I also love adding two teaspoons of rose water in my bath to get soft and refreshing skin. It can also be used after waxing and as an after shave.

Nature’s Lap Aqua Rosa Natural Rose Water is 100% natural rose water and can also be used in cooking, getting relief from headaches, for hair etc. In Patanjali rose water I could see very fine thread like particles at the base but this has never happened with Nature’s Lap Aqua Rosa Natural Rose Water which is an added bonus for me. I have not faced any adverse effects whilst using it. It would suit all skin types.

The Nature’s Co. Mixed Berry Body Lotion comes in a rectangular shaped sturdy semi opaque plastic bottle with a green flip top lid. As I have the sample bottle, it has screw top lid and is really easy to carry along with me in my bag. The body lotion is white pink in color with a lovely, yummy scent of mixed berries. I am totally in love with this scent. It is neither very mild nor very strong. It is just perfect.

The texture of the body lotion is soft and smooth with a perfect consistency. It is neither very runny nor very thick. It applies effortlessly onto my skin and gets absorbed almost instantly. The lovely scent makes the application all the more wonderful. I am the kind of person who is lazy to apply body lotion especially in summers but since the time I started using this body lotion I never forget to carry it with me in the shower. The body lotion is incredibly light yet moisturizing and melts into the skin within seconds. It leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth and moisturized. The scent lingers with me mildly for a good few hours. It is meant for all skin types but I feel dry skin people might need to reapply it at the end of the day as it is slightly light in texture. If you have extremely dry skin then I think you need to reapply it after 6 hours or so. After applying the lotion, I do not feel the need to wash any remaining product from my hands. It contains glycerin, Vitamin E and olive oil that keep skin soft, smooth and hydrated.

Juice Beauty Illuminating Eye Color comes in a smooth white cardboard box packaging with all the information printed over it. The actual product comes in a small, sturdy clear plastic pot with a grey screw top lid. Though it looks small but it contains a lot of product and will last really long. As soon as you open the lid, you will see a sifter barrier that is sealed with a sticker. Pull off the sticker and you are ready to use your eye shadow. The sifter avoids spillage of the eye shadow and keeps it in place. The eye shadow name is written at the bottom of the pot. The pot is quite sturdy and can be easily carried around in a makeup bag. There is no eye shadow applicator provided with the eye shadow so make sure to carry your own.

Juice Beauty Illuminating Eye Color has concentrated loose texture without clumps forming. The powder is very fine and doesn't tend to create a mess in the pot. You can use loose eye shadow with either finger or a brush. I would advise you to avoid using a sponge applicator as it packs on too much product leading to wastage of product. I usually use an eye shadow brush that is not very soft. I simply pour little eye shadow on the back of the lid, swipe the brush lightly and give it a good tap on the top of the lid before application. I then gently pat the color onto my lids. It is easy to blend without creating a fuss. It doesn't tend to fall out all over my cheeks unlike other loose eye shadows.

Cappuccino is a gorgeous warm champagne pink color with very fine silver shimmers. It is a sheer color and need a couple of dabs to get an even coverage. It has sheer to medium pigmentation and I love layering it up to get desired intensity. The eye swatches below arer looking slightly intense as I have applied the eye color wet. It has pretty shimmery look but is not OTT and only noticeable when the light hits. I also love using it with bright lipsticks. You can also create various eye looks using it but I love wearing it on its own. I always make sure to use a primer underneath it for longevity and crease free application. It stays put on my slightly oily lids for a good 6-7 hours which is pretty impressive. It would look flattering on fair to medium skin tones. It makes my eyes appear bright and pretty. It can be used for both day and night wear.

The bright lip colors I am loving a lot are Karen Murrell Lipstick in Poppy Passion, Hello Glow Lip Liquid in Pink Rose, Lotus Herbals Purestay Rose Bud Lipgloss, Red Apple Lipstick in Swoon and Faces Cosmetics Ultra Moist Lipstick in Pretty Pink. All these shades are fabulous and instantly brighten up your face.

•Striped Nails

These kinds of nails look pretty amazing and chic with all kind of outfits. I generally use my striped nail art tapes to get the look. Even though you are not into nail art, you can easily expertise this trend as applying nail art tapes is super easy and does not need nail art skills. I did few striped nail arts here.

•Face Mists

Facial Mists gives a nice dewy and healthy glow to the skin without much effort. I have acne prone skin and it suits me to the core especially in this hot, humid weather. I also love carrying it in my makeup to keep myself fresh and oil free throughout the day. I also spray it on my foundation brush for easy blending. I would highly recommend Avene Eau Thermal Spring Water.

•Going monochrome

I am loving this trend a lot. It looks classic yet chic and looks great on everyone. Black and white combo can never go out of fashion. You can always make colors pop by carrying bright bags and wearing colorful shoes or statement necklaces or wearing just a bright scarf.

•Top Handle Bags

Top handle bags look super chic and are comfortable to carry. They come with a long strap so you can sling it over your shoulder too. I got mine from Myntra which I will review pretty soon.

The nail water decals are made of very thin plastic that does not tend to stick to itself upon application. They are super easy to apply and feel extremely light on nails.

Here is the procedure on how to apply water decals on nails:

• Remove the thin plastic sheet from the decals.

• Cut the pattern of decals you love to apply using scissors and place them on a table.

• Take a bowl of water. I use normal water of room temperature.

• Gently place the first decal in water and leave it for 10-20 seconds.

• Take out the decal from water using tweezers. It does not come out on its own so make sure you peel it off just like a sticker.

• Now place the decal over your nail and slide it to adjust its position. Make sure you do it quickly as it is sticks on your nails quickly.

• I then gently wipe off the water using a soft towel.

• After doing all nails of one hand, apply a top coat to seal it.

Always make sure to apply top coat for it to last long. I applied my decals with no top coat and they still stayed fresh on my nails for a week which is super amazing. Nail art water decal is one of the easiest ways to do your manicure within few minutes. I find these decals much better than nail art stickers. The houndstooth pattern looks really chic and funky on nails. They look prettier in person than in pictures. The water decals last on my nails for a week without wearing off. I applied Born Pretty Store Nail Art Tape on my index and little finger. They can be easily removed using a good nail polish remover.

Province Apothecary Repairing and Conditioning Lip Balm comes sealed in a plastic wrapper to ensure that it has not been used or opened. The actual product comes in a retractable black tube with the same colored pull off lid. The tube is incredibly simple and gives me an impression of an organic product. It is functional and easy to use. The lid is quite tight and clicks conveniently without any fear of being opened in the bag. At the bottom of the lid, there is a round texture ring which needs to be twisted to reveal more lip balm. It can also be twisted back to put the lip balm back down in the tube. The 1/4th part of the lip balm can be seen as soon as the lid is opened and you do not need to twist the tube. It is a clear lip balm and has a strong though not overpowering scent of various essential oils. The scent fades away and doesn't linger around.

The lip balm is soft and smooth in texture with creamy consistency. It spreads and applies smoothly on lips without feeling heavy, greasy or waxy. It does not release clumps and feels smooth on the lips. My lips feel protected and moisturized the moment I apply it on my lips. The lip balm doesn't sit on the surface of the lips but sinks in comfortably. It makes my lips feel soft, supple and nourished instantly without leaving a sticky residue behind. It gives a nice sheen to my lips making them look pretty and fantastic. It lasts for quite a long time on my lips but I have the habit of reapplying it anyway. It doesn't have a weird taste unlike other lip balms. It heals and repairs dry and chapped lips within a week of continuous usage.

The lip balm is incredibly moisturizing due to the presence of beeswax and other oils as ingredients. It leaves my lips soft and smooth and I would love to use it in winters when my lips get really dry and chapped. I also love using it as a base for lipsticks with dry texture.

Faces Ever Young 24hr Dual Action Moisturizer comes housed in a bright blue cardboard box packaging with a leaflet contained in it. The actual product comes in a sturdy, circular glossy blue plastic tub with a screw top lid. As soon as the lid is unscrewed, you will find a white plastic inner protective lid that keeps the cream in place safe and secured. The packaging is slightly heavy but can be easily carried around in a bag. The cream is white in color with a mild and lovely scent. It filled to the brim which I quite liked. The fragrance is noticeable when you apply the cream but vanishes away after few minutes. The packaging is really classy and elegant and looks beautiful on my vanity.

The moisturizer has soft and smooth texture with creamy consistency. I simply apply dots all over my face and neck and rub it in gently. It applies smoothly and spreads easily. After applying the cream, I was actually surprised to find that it gets absorbed in to the skin completely without leaving any residue behind. My skin feels soft, smooth and thoroughly hydrated the whole day. I love using it prior foundation as it keeps my face matte and does not make it greasy (especially T zone!) at the end of the day unlike other creams. I have not faced any adverse effects whilst using it. I cannot talk about the age defying effects as I am only 26 to experience it.

Faces ever Young 24hr Dual Action Moisturizer makes skin look smooth and more even. It gives a lovely healthy glow to my skin with regular usage. My only grumble is it does not contain SPF so I need to use a sunscreen whenever I step out.

Salcura Antiac Daily Face Wipes comes in a soft white plastic pack with all the information written over it. There is a robust sticky resealable label at the centre of the front of the package that acts a seal and can be replaced after you take out wipe from the pack. It prevents the wipes from getting dry and keeps them moist till the last one. I have been using them for more than a month and the label has not lost its seal and the remaining of the wipes is still in perfect condition.

The wipes are white in color and are folded neatly in the pack. They are quite thick in texture and are very moist. Even though the wipes are wet (not dripping wet!) they are easy to hold and use. You just need to unfold it to reveal its oblong shape. The scent of the wipes is really pleasing and just too good. I love sniffing it actually! The facial wipes are very soft and soothing to the skin. They contain all good ingredients like sea buckthorn, aloe vera, sunflower and rosemary that are helpful in reducing and soothing acne and pimples. Using the wipes is extremely easy. Gently wipe it over your face and neck. It can also be used on eye lids to remove eye makeup but I prefer using olive oil on my eye lids. It removes all dirt, grime and oil off my skin. It removes makeup effectively even if it is waterproof. It does make your face feel wet and moist but after few seconds you will find your skin dry and pleasant. I do not feel the need to wash my face as it does not leave any residue behind. It makes my skin soft, smooth and clean. It is perfect when you travelling or working out.

As I have been suffering from acne, I have included Salcura Antiac Range in my night skin care routine. I first use Salcura Daily Face Wash (Read my review HERE) to clean my face and pat it dry. I then use Salcura Antiac Face Wipes to leave a layer of it on my skin and of course to remove any residue left on the skin, spray Salcura Antiac Activ Liquid Spray (Read my review HERE) over the acne and spots and apply Salcura Antiac Activ Gel serum over it. This way I can see major and visible difference in my skin. It looks clearer and healthy with no spots or blemishes. It does not contain any nasties and suits all skin types. I have not faced any adverse effects whilst using it.

I have not faced a single breakout since the time I am using it. They are indeed very effective and great facial wipes and I would HIGHLY recommend it to everyone!

There is also a small window on the packaging that allows you to see the shade through glass jar. The actual product comes in a small round glass jar with a golden screw top lid. It also comes with an applicator brush which is thin and allows you to define your eyes accurately. The brush is protected with a clear plastic tube that prevents bristles from getting out of shape. The packaging is light and compact and can be easily carried around in a makeup bag. The golden touch to the packaging makes it look classy and elegant.

As soon as you open the lid, you are greeted with smooth eyeliner with glossy look to it. It has creamy gel formula and is super easy to apply. You just need to run the brush lightly across the eye liner. The brush picks up the right amount of product on the tip. Apply it as quickly as possible as the gel tends to dry quickly. If you prefer smudged looks then make sure you do it quickly. The eye liner glides easily across the upper and lower lash line without dragging or pulling the skin. It creates a flawless and true line of color in a single swipe. It allows me to define my eyes effortlessly and create thin and thick lines. It sets into a water proof and smudge-proof finish after application.

I got the Black color and it is highly pigmented jet black color. It is bold and prominent without being OTT. You can create numerous looks with this eye liner. It looks great on all eye colors. You can create thick or thin lines as per your convenience.

The staying power is pretty awesome. It stays put on my slightly oily lids for the majority of the day. Though the jar looks quite small but it would last really long. It doesn't cause any adverse effects on my skin. The liner can be easily removed using olive oil or an eye makeup remover.

I would highly recommend it to everyone especially beginners or for college or office going girls who have less time in doing makeup.

The shampoo is pearly white in color with a mild and very pleasant scent.

The texture of the shampoo is soft and smooth with good consistency. It is neither very thick nor very thin. You are greeted with the pleasant scent as soon as it is dispensed out. I always make sure to dilute my shampoo to reduce the damage the chemicals may cause to the hair. The shampoo is easily applied and gets spread to my medium length hair. Whenever I oil my hair, I require more shampoo than required though it happens with all the shampoos in my case. It creates good lather though it does not last long and the scent does not tend to intensify. It is easily rinsed away. After using the shampoo, my hair feels soft, thoroughly cleansed (I apply oil before washing my hair!) and manageable with a healthy shine. I have soft, silky hair with dry and frizzy ends. It makes my ends dry and knotty and I always make sure to use conditioner to resolve the issue. It does not leave greasy residue behind or any build up.

Though I am not suffering from hair fall but after using this shampoo I can see only 2-3 strands of hair fall while combing. I feel it could help in controlling minor hair fall. The scent does not linger and fades away as soon as the shampoo is rinsed off. I have not experienced any adverse effects whilst using it. My cousin with very dry hair feels this shampoo makes her hair drier so I feel this shampoo is not for extremely dry hair.

The consistency of the hair oil is perfect. It is neither very thick nor very runny. It is quite light and does not feel heavy or greasy. Instead of warming it up, I apply it directly onto my scalp and hair. I then massage it gently using my fingers and leave it overnight to get utmost results out of it. The scent does not tend to intensify and remains mild. I feel it penetrates the hair shaft and not just coat the hair. The hair oil is easy to rinse and does not leave my hair greasy or limp. My hair feels soft, smooth, shiny, healthy and manageable with the first few uses. With continues usage for a month, my hair fall almost stopped(I lose 3-4 strands each time I comb my hair!) leaving my dry ends soft and hydrated. It also helps in reducing hair loss, hair thinning, promotes hair growth and prevents pre mature graying. I could actually see a visible difference in hair growth after using this oil. It is 100% natural oil and can be used daily. It nourishes my hair really well and imparts a healthy shine to it. It contains pure coconut oil, sesame oil and bhringraj powder. It is 100% natural and does not contain preservatives, colorants and parabens.

Living Nature Concealer comes in a dark black cardboard box packaging that is recyclable. All the information is printed over the box itself. The actual product comes in a sturdy, squeezable plastic tube with a black screw top lid. The packaging looks really classy and is quite light. It can be easily carried around in a makeup bag without any fear of leakage or spillage. I totally loved its tube packaging as it is great for traveling and I do not need to carry a concealer brush though I still tend to use a brush when at home to blend it in.

The texture of the concealer is soft and smooth with soft creamy formula. It is neither very thick nor very thin. It glides easily across the skin with no effort. I particularly use it under my eyes and on acne and redness. It blends in easily and lightens the skin. It covers blemishes and redness without sliding off them or clumping up. The pigmentation is sheer to medium. It does not completely eradicate the appearance of my acne but it makes them look less visible and lightens them really well. It works well with both fingers and concealer brush. I use my fingers when hiding dark circles as the warmth of fingers blends in the concealer well with no patches around. To cover up blemishes or acne, I use concealer brush as it tends to give better coverage than fingers. It is quite moisturizing due to the presence of Manuka Honey in it. It does not tend to make my blemishes look dry and patchy. I usually apply my concealer after foundation to get good coverage and then set it up with a powder.

The concealer does not tend to get heavy or cake-y. It stays put on my oily skin for a good 4-5 hours without oxidizing. It stays more than 5 hours around my eyes and my dark circles does not show up. It makes my skin look even and flawless and I love using it every day. It does not aggravate my acne as it contains many certified organic ingredients. Living Nature is a natural cosmetics company and boy I love their products a lot.

Living Nature Concealer comes in three shades. I have the shade Light which is the lightest shade and suits my fair skin tone to the core. It has slightly orange undertones but does not tend to oxidize. It looks natural on my skin and does not look as if I have blobbed something on my skin.

Me: The average shelf life of mascara is 2-3 months. As I throw away the outer packaging of the mascara that usually includes date, I judge its expiration when it starts changing its formula, gets clumpy or flaky and no longer works properly. Sometimes the scent gets weird too and tells you to throw away your mascara! Sharing mascara also reduces its shelf life as it spreads germs and your eyes may get infected. Even if you need to share your mascara, make sure you use disposable applicators and no double dipping please!

The packaging is really pretty and elegant to look at. The brush applicator is of fairly good size with good quality bristles. It makes application of the polish quite easy without brushing along the skin.

The consistency of the nail lacquer is pretty good. It is neither very thick nor very runny. It applies smoothly over my nails without streaking. It delivers true and vibrant color in two coats. It dries pretty quickly ready to be finished with a top coat. The polish lasts for about 4 days without chipping (I don’t do household chores though!). The color does not dull down even after 4 days which actually impressed me a lot. It is easy to remove and does not stain my nails.

The shade number #S181 is a gorgeous deep plum color with lots of silver shimmers infused in it. It definitely looks classy and elegant on my nails. The shimmers are really fine and just add dimensions to create depth and uniqueness. It is one of the BEST SHIMMER NAIL POLISHES I have come across. It looks beautiful on nails and in the bottle. It provides a lovely metallic finish and is a true dark color. It is a perfect shade for autumn or fall and would look flattering on all skin tones. It definitely makes my hands look bright, classy and noticeable. I really got so many compliments when I wore this shade.

It looks just like a cute shaving brush with a stumpy black plastic handle. The bristles of the brush are black and made from synthetic hair. They are thick and dense and are slightly tapered to the top. The handle of the brush is wide enough to have a firm grip or hold on it during application.

The bristles of the brush are soft and feel extremely gentle and smooth on skin. They do not feel scratchy at all. The brush is perfect for applying powder, bronzer, blush and mineral makeup. The bristles pick up the right amount of powder or blush and apply evenly on my face. The powder or blush blends perfectly giving it a flawless finish. While applying loose powder, I dab the brush into the powder, tap it to release any excess and apply it all over my face and neck. I love the smooth and flawless finish it gives to my face as it absorbs the powder rather than just let it sit on top unlike few other brushes. The kabuki brush makes the application and blending of colors quite easy. It evenly smoothes the product onto the skin giving it a flawless finish. It is easy to wash the brush with a baby shampoo and it takes almost two days to dry out completely. I have not seen any shedding of the bristles after washing it. After washing, the bristles do not tend to become hard or stiff and feels soft just as it did before.

The actual product comes in a white squeezable plastic tube with a white screw top lid. As soon as the lid is opened, you will see a small and fine nozzle that dispenses the right amount of serum. The packaging is quite light and compact and is perfect for traveling. The serum is off white in color with a mild and pleasant eucalyptus scent.

The gel serum has perfect formula that is it is neither very thick nor very thin. The scent fades away after few seconds of application. The serum has to be used after cleansing your face. I just take pea sized amount of serum and apply it on my acne and blemishes. It gets absorbed almost instantly without leaving a sticky or greasy residue behind. It does not give any tingling sensation and feels extremely light on the skin. It is quite moisturizing and I do not feel the need to moisturize the acne area with a separate moisturizer.

I had already mentioned in my previous posts that I occasionally suffer from acne. Since the time I have been using Salcura Antiac range my skin is becoming clear and whoa acne subsided to a great extent. The gel serum lightens the redness and reduces the size of the acne within a day of using it. It can be applied as often as required. I use it with the other products from Antiac range to get utmost result. It contains all natural ingredients and does not dry out my skin. It does show visible difference with regular usage and I am truly happy that my skin is improving at a rapid pace. It lasts really long as I need only a pea sized amount each time. I have not faced any adverse effects whilst using it. A MUST HAVE for acne and pimple prone skin!

Matinee Mauve is a pink-ish mauve color with lots of silver glitters infused in it. It is definitely one of the prettiest pink-ish mauve shades I own till date! The shimmers make the color all the more pretty and create a beautiful textured effect. It looks beautiful on nails and in the bottle. It provides a lovely textured finish and is a true girlie color. It is a perfect shade for day and night parties and would look flattering on all skin tones. It definitely makes my hands look bright, classy and noticeable. I really got so many compliments when I wore this shade. It is quite pigmented and gives true color in two coats. It lasts on my nails for a good 4-5 days without chipping. I absolutely love its textured finish that is the USP of this nail polish!

As soon as the lid is opened, you will find a thick white sheet that keeps face pack in place safe and secured. The tub is quite light and can be easily carried around in a bag while traveling. The face pack is orange in color with a mixed smell of clove and tea tree. The scent is lovely and pleasant and won’t bother sensitive noses.

The texture of the face pack is soft and smooth with good consistency. It is a ready to use mask and can be used directly from the tub. It is easy to apply and totally mess free though I wish it was available in tube. It spreads easily across my slightly damp skin without tugging. I always make sure to wash my face with a face wash to remove all dirt and grime off my face. I apply adequate amount of face pack on my face and neck and then let it sit on my skin for about 10-15 minutes. It does give a tingling sensation that gives signal that it is actually working. It does not harden or tighten the skin. It is easy to remove and gets washed off easily with water and does not leave any residue behind. The scent does not linger with me and fades away as soon as it is washed off.

My skin instantly feels smooth, clean and bright. It does prevent occurring and reoccurring of pimples and acne with regular usage. I love applying it every alternate day as suggested and it does make my skin smooth, thoroughly cleansed and clearer. It gives a healthy glow to my skin. It soothes acne and lightens blemishes. It does not dry out the skin and I do not feel the immediate urge to moisturize my skin but if you have dry skin then you might need to immediately moisturize your skin. It makes my skin tone look more even as it does help in shrinking the pores (Though I don’t have major visible pores!). I have not faced any adverse effects whilst using it as it contains all good ingredients. Tea tree, saffron and lemon oil are great for acne and pimple prone skin and work well in preventing and combating pimples and acne.
